Carriage for top-hung sliding gates with three rollers — a durable running component designed to guide heavy leaves of top-hung sliding gates. With a load capacity of 350 kg and a durable electro-galvanised construction, the carriage is well suited to demanding industrial and commercial installations, ensuring smooth and quiet gate operation for many years of service.
Construction and materials
The carriage is fitted with three rollers on bearings — two vertical metal rollers responsible for carrying the load and one horizontal plastic roller that stabilises the travel path and dampens vibrations. This design guarantees quiet and smooth operation even under heavy load. The whole carriage is permanently fixed to a solid mounting base with holes that allow position adjustment. The surface of the steel components is protected with a zinc coating, which provides high corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance in changing weather conditions.
The carriage is designed for a guide rail measuring 80×80×5 mm — a standard profile used in heavy-duty top-hung sliding gate systems. The mounting base with slotted holes makes it easier to position the carriage precisely during installation.
