Carriage for top-hung sliding gates with three bearing-mounted wheels — a reliable solution for top-hung sliding gate systems. Designed for intensive use, it offers a load capacity of up to 350 kg and smooth operation even under heavy loads. The galvanised surface effectively protects against corrosion, extending the service life of the component in changeable weather conditions.
Design and principle of operation
The carriage is equipped with three wheels on rolling bearings — two vertical wheels made of steel and one horizontal plastic guide wheel. This arrangement ensures stable guidance of the gate in the rail and minimises rolling resistance, resulting in quiet and easy operation of the mechanism. The steel wheels carry the main vertical load, while the plastic wheel acts as a guide, eliminating lateral play and vibration.
The carriage is permanently attached to a mounting base with holes, which allows quick and secure installation on the gate structure. It is designed to work with an 80×80×5 mm guide rail.
