The 5-roller carriage for cantilever sliding gates is a durable running component designed for professional gate systems. The swivel design with 5 steel rollers (including one horizontal roller) ensures smooth and quiet gate travel, and the pin connection to the base allows the carriage to adjust automatically to the guide track. This solution shortens installation time and eliminates the need for precise levelling — ideal for installation crews handling multiple projects.
Design and operation
The carriage is fitted with 5 metal rollers mounted on bearings, which ensure even load distribution on the guide track. The horizontal roller stabilises lateral movement of the gate, eliminating wobble and vibration during travel. The swivel mechanism (a pin connecting the carriage to the mounting base) automatically compensates for minor track deviations, which significantly simplifies installation on uneven ground.
Height adjustment is carried out using fixing screws in the base, allowing the gate level to be set precisely after the carriage has been installed. The entire component is galvanised, which protects against corrosion and ensures long service life in outdoor conditions.

Application
