The Carriage 70 is a durable, 5-roller running component designed for cantilever sliding gates. The pivoting design, with a pin connecting the carriage to the base, automatically adapts to the profile of the track, ensuring smooth and trouble-free gate operation even under heavy loads — up to 650 kg.
Design and operating principle
The carriage is fitted with 5 steel rollers, including one horizontal roller, which work together with a guide track measuring 70×70×4 mm. All rollers are mounted on ball bearings, which ensures low rolling resistance and quiet operation. The pivoting mechanism allows the carriage to tilt relative to the mounting base — this compensates for minor unevenness and deflection of the track, and the load is distributed evenly across all rollers.
Height adjustment is carried out using screws in the base, allowing the gate level to be set precisely during installation. The entire unit is zinc-coated, which protects the steel components against corrosion and ensures long-lasting outdoor use.
