Cantilever gate kit 80 for sliding gates – 6-wheel set with accessories
A complete running set for cantilever sliding gates, including two 6-wheel carriages, a gate catcher and an end wheel. The set is designed for 80×80×5 mm cantilever gate track and provides a load capacity of up to 800 kg per carriage, making it an ideal solution for heavier gates with a full-surface leaf.
Using a gate catcher and an end wheel distributes the load across a greater number of components, extending the service life of the carriages and ensuring smooth, trouble-free gate operation for a long time. All components in the set are galvanised, which guarantees corrosion resistance in outdoor conditions.
The carriage with 6 steel wheels (including two horizontal wheels) is the heart of the sliding system. The swivelling design, connected to the base by a pivot pin, allows it to adjust automatically to the gate track, eliminating stress and ensuring even weight distribution.
Height adjustment is carried out using screws, which allows precise positioning of the gate in relation to the ground and the guide. As a result, installation is quick, and any later position correction is simple and does not require dismantling.
