Complete running gear set for heavy cantilever sliding gates – a ready-made solution that saves you time sourcing parts and ensures full compatibility of all components. In one kit you get two 10-roller carriages, a gate catcher and an end wheel – all matched to an 80×80×5 mm track.
Kit contents: two carriages 80 (10-roller) – 2 pcs, gate catcher – 1 pc, end wheel – 1 pc. All components are galvanised, ensuring high corrosion resistance and a long service life in outdoor conditions.
Carriage 80 – 10-roller
The carriage is designed for heavy cantilever sliding gates. It is fitted with 10 steel rollers (including two horizontal rollers), which ensure smooth, quiet travel even under heavy load. Pivoting design – the carriage is connected to the base by a pin, so it automatically adjusts to the track profile.
The carriage height can be precisely adjusted using screws, which makes levelling the gate easier during installation. The maximum load of a single carriage is 1200 kg, and the steel rollers guarantee durability and reliability for years of use. The carriage is designed for a track measuring 80×80×5 mm.
Gate catcher
A steel component that stabilises the gate once closed. It plays a key role in distributing the weight of the gate across more support points, which significantly extends the service life of the carriages. The gate catcher is fitted with two plastic guide rollers (88 mm spacing) that gently guide the gate into the closed position. On the back plate there are two mounting holes and a rubber buffer that absorbs impact. Designed for an 80×80 mm track.
End wheel
A steel component fitted at the start of the cantilever sliding gate track. Using an end wheel extends the service life of the carriages and protects the track from dirt, snow and ice. Mounting screws are included. The end wheel fits an 80×80×5 mm track.
