Cantilever gate kit with carriages for cantilever sliding gates – 80×80×5 mm track
The cantilever gate kit is a complete, cost-effective set of running components and mounting accessories designed for cantilever sliding gates. Because a single pack contains both the carriages and the components that stabilise the gate, you save time putting your order together and can be sure that all components are fully compatible.
What does the kit include?
- Carriage – 2 pcs – 5 metal rollers each (including one horizontal roller), swivelling design with pin, height adjustment with screws
- End wheel with end guard – 1 pc – steel component fitted at the start of the track, end guard protecting against snow and ice, mounting screws included
- Gate catcher – 1 pc – steel catcher with two mounting holes and a rubber buffer, compatible with 80×80×5 mm and 70×70×4 mm track
How does the run-in system work? The end wheel runs into the gate catcher attached to the post – as a result, the weight of the gate is spread across more components, and the gate itself remains stable once closed. This solution significantly extends the service life of the carriages and reduces their operational wear.
The carriage is fitted with 5 metal rollers, including one horizontal roller that provides additional stabilisation when guiding the gate. The design is swivelling – the carriage is connected to the base by a pin, so it automatically adapts to the track of the sliding gate. Height adjustment with screws allows the gate to be set precisely during installation.
