The C-channel connector for fence plinth boards is a robust mounting component designed for the secure connection of concrete plinth boards to fence posts. It has been designed for plinth boards measuring 250 × 50 mm, ensuring a precise fit and a stable seating of the board in all conditions.

The product is made of galvanised steel finished with powder coating in black RAL 9005. The double anti-corrosion protection – galvanising plus powder coating – provides long-lasting resistance to weather conditions, moisture and corrosion, eliminating the need for maintenance. The attractive finish blends harmoniously with modern panel fencing.

Design and installation

The channel has a C-shaped profile in which the concrete plinth board sits. The internal width of the profile is 52 mm, which allows a 50 mm thick board to be placed easily and securely with a small installation clearance. The built-in Ø 6 mm cross rod acts as a lock – it prevents the plinth board from slipping out of the holder, increasing the durability and safety of the entire structure.

Two mounting holes in the form of 6 × 12 mm slots allow the channel to be quickly bolted to the fence post. The elongated shape of the holes allows the position to be adjusted during installation, which considerably speeds up the installation team's work. The flat base of the channel protects the plinth board from mechanical damage during placement.

Available colour options

The C-channel is available in five versions: anthracite (graphite) RAL 7016, black RAL 9005, green RAL 6005, brown RAL 8017 – all powder-coated – and galvanised without paint. The wide colour range allows the connector to be matched to the colour of the fence panels and posts.
