About the product

The universal fence post clamp (connector) is used to secure fence panels to posts of various cross-sections. The U-shaped sheet steel fits around a plastic spacer that holds the panel wire.

The internal U clearance is 16 mm, the sheet thickness is 2 mm and the clamp measures 24 × 45 mm. The slotted hole allows the M8 × 25 bolt to slide so that the panel position can be adjusted. The kit includes: a clamp, a spacer for Ø 4 mm wire, a bolt, a nut and a washer.

The coating (zinc-coated and powder-coated, black RAL 9005) protects the steel against corrosion under typical conditions. In the event of contact with salt, chemicals or constant moisture, choose a version suitable for the exposure conditions.

Selection and installation

• ✓Check the panel wire diameter – the kit includes a spacer for Ø 4 mm wire.
• ✓Place the panel wire in the opening in the plastic spacer inside the clamp.
• ✓Pass the M8 × 25 bolt through the slotted holes, adjust the panel position and tighten the nut with the washer in place.
