The C-channel connecting bracket for fence base panels is a sturdy mounting component designed for the permanent connection of concrete base panels to fence posts. It has been designed for base panels measuring 300 × 55 mm, ensuring a precise fit and a stable seating of the panel in all conditions.

The product is made of galvanised steel with a powder coating in black RAL 9005. Double corrosion protection — galvanising plus powder coating — ensures long-lasting resistance to weather, moisture and corrosion, eliminating the need for maintenance. The attractive finish blends harmoniously with modern panel fences.

Design and installation

The channel has a C-shaped profile into which the concrete base panel is seated. The internal width of the profile is 57 mm, which allows the 55 mm thick panel to be placed easily and securely with a slight installation clearance. The built-in Ø 6 mm cross rod acts as a lock — it prevents the base panel from slipping out of the bracket, increasing the durability and safety of the entire structure.

Two mounting holes in the form of 6 × 12 mm slots allow the channel to be quickly screwed to the fence post. The elongated shape of the holes allows the position to be adjusted during installation, which significantly speeds up the work of the installation crew. The flat base of the channel protects the base panel from mechanical damage during seating.
