The C-channel bracket for fence gravel boards is a robust fixing component designed to connect concrete gravel boards securely to fence posts. It is designed for gravel boards measuring 300 × 55 mm, which ensures a precise fit and a stable seat for the board in all conditions.

The product is made of galvanised steel with a powder coating in anthracite (graphite) RAL 7016. The double corrosion protection of galvanising plus powder coating provides long-lasting resistance to weather, moisture and corrosion, with no maintenance required. The attractive finish blends in harmoniously with modern panel fencing.

Design and installation

The channel has a C-shaped profile in which the concrete gravel board sits. The internal width of the profile is 57 mm, allowing a 55 mm thick board to be fitted easily and securely with a small installation tolerance. The built-in Ø 6 mm cross rod acts as a lock, preventing the gravel board from slipping out of the bracket and increasing the durability and safety of the entire structure.

Two mounting holes in the form of 6 × 12 mm slots allow the channel to be fixed quickly to the fence post. The elongated shape of the holes allows the position to be adjusted during installation, which considerably speeds up the work of the installation crew. The channel's flat base protects the gravel board from mechanical damage during fitting.
