C-Channel Bracket for Concrete Gravel Board 250x55 Black

The C-channel bracket for fence gravel boards is a sturdy mounting element designed for the permanent connection of concrete gravel boards to fence posts. It has been designed for gravel boards measuring 250 × 55 mm, which guarantees a precise fit and a stable seating of the board in all conditions.

The product is made of galvanised steel coated with powder coating in black RAL 9005. The double corrosion protection — galvanising plus powder coating — provides years of resistance to weather, moisture and corrosion, eliminating the need for maintenance. The attractive finish blends harmoniously with modern panel fences.

Design and installation

The channel has a C-shaped profile into which the concrete gravel board is seated. The internal width of the profile is 57 mm, which allows the 55 mm thick board to be placed easily and securely with a small installation tolerance. The built-in Ø 6 mm cross rod acts as a lock — it prevents the gravel board from slipping out of the bracket, increasing the durability and safety of the entire structure.

Two mounting holes in the form of 6 × 12 mm slots allow the channel to be quickly screwed to the fence post. The elongated shape of the holes allows the position to be adjusted during installation, which significantly speeds up the installation crew's work. The flat base of the channel protects the gravel board from mechanical damage during seating.
