The Yale MP522 is a compact hydraulic door closer designed for internal doors and light external doors. Thanks to a proven hydraulic mechanism with adjustable closing speed, it ensures quiet and controlled closing of the door leaf, extending the lifespan of hinges, locks and seals.
The body is made of aluminium in brown, blending discreetly with wooden and metal frames. The door closer is equipped with two independent adjustment valves (marked on the housing with numbers 1 and 2), allowing precise fine-tuning of the closing speed and latching action force. Installation is carried out using a scissor arm — standard mounting on the door leaf, with the option of reverse installation on the frame.
