Vario Roof Hook 3X Adjustable, stainless steel A2 1.4301, with dimensions 145x30x5/4mm and M10 hole for profile mounting in photovoltaic systems.
Vario Roof Hooks for mounting rails for photovoltaic modules on roofs covered with ceramic and concrete tiles. Guarantees stability of the entire structure.
Enables connection of profiles to the roof covering. Vario bracket is fixed to the lower channel of the rail using a bolt. It is used when standard (non-adjustable) roof fixings are too short.
1.4301 is an austenitic stainless steel and should always be used outdoors in locations where there is a risk of corrosion. The stainless steel from which the product is made is resistant to weather conditions and therefore does not lose its properties for many years.
- The wide angle bracket is made from 5mm sheet metal, the flat bar is 30x5mm, and the adjustable angle bracket has dimensions of 30x4mm.
- The installation method and exact dimensions of the hook are shown in the graphic above.
- Stainless steel type (A2 1.4301) - (corrosion resistance class II) is more suitable for higher salt or acid content in the air.
