Description
U-bolt (pipe clamp), galvanised, M10 × 115 mm, for 4" pipe
CB M10×115 mm U-bolt (pipe clamp) designed for fixing pipes with a connection size of 4". The galvanised coating provides corrosion resistance, allowing use both inside buildings and in outdoor conditions. The U-shaped bolt with an M10 thread enables secure, repeatable fixing of pipes to support structures using nuts and washers.

The CB series U-bolt is the basic pipe clamp profile in the range. The U-shaped form with two threaded legs allows quick placement over the pipe and tightening with nuts, which significantly speeds up installation work on larger sites. The manufacturer packs this product in quantities of 20 pieces, which makes it easier to order full packs and manage stock efficiently.
The technical drawing shows the key dimensions of the U-bolt: leg spacing (A), external width (B), overall height (H), thread length (L1), thread size (M) and rod diameter (ØD). The leg ends have a chamfer that makes it easier to start the nuts.
