Description
Turnbuckle, forged, eye-eye 6x110 DIN1480
The manufacturer's eye-eye turnbuckle M6x110 DIN 1480 is a forged tensioning screw designed for adjusting the tension of steel wire ropes, chains and tie rods. Made of low-alloy structural steel C15 and protected with an electrogalvanised coating, it provides effective corrosion protection in outdoor conditions. The design conforms to the DIN 1480 standard, which ensures repeatable dimensions (±5% tolerance) and full interchangeability with other rigging components of the same standard. The eye-eye ends allow connection using shackles, snap hooks or pins, with no need for additional adapters. A minimum breaking force of 7.80 kN allows the turnbuckle to be used in loaded tensioning systems.
