Cantilever Sliding Gate Trolley Kit – 80×80×5 mm Rail

The trolley kit is a complete, cost-effective set of running components and mounting accessories designed for cantilever sliding gates. With both trolleys and gate-stabilising elements included in a single package, you save time on sourcing individual parts and can be confident that all components are fully compatible with one another.

What does the kit include?

  • Running trolley – 2 pcs – featuring 5 metal rollers each (including one horizontal roller), swivel construction with pivot pin, height adjustment via bolts
  • Entry roller with end cap – 1 pc – steel component mounted at the start of the rail, end cap protects against snow and ice, mounting bolts included
  • Entry bracket – 1 pc – steel bracket with two mounting holes and a rubber buffer, compatible with 80×80×5 mm and 70×70×4 mm rail

How does the entry system work? The entry roller rides into the bracket fixed to the gate post – this means the gate's weight is distributed across a greater number of components, keeping the gate stable when closed. This design significantly extends the service life of the running trolleys and reduces operational wear.

The running trolley is fitted with 5 metal rollers, including one horizontal roller that provides additional stability when guiding the gate. The swivel construction – the trolley is connected to the base via a pivot pin – means it automatically adjusts to the sliding gate rail.
