Cantilever Sliding Gate Trolley Kit
The complete trolley kit is a cost-effective solution for installation companies fitting cantilever sliding gates. The set includes all the essential running components and mounting accessories – a single order gives you everything needed for a full installation.
What's included in the kit?
- Running trolley – 2 pcs – swivel trolley with 5 metal rollers (including one horizontal roller), with height adjustment via bolts, designed for 70×70×4 mm track
- Entry roller with end cap – 1 pc – steel component mounted at the beginning of the track, with an end cap protecting against snow and ice, supplied complete with mounting bolts
- Entry bracket – 1 pc – steel bracket with two mounting holes and a rubber buffer, compatible with 80×80×5 mm and 70×70×4 mm tracks
The running trolley features a swivel connection to the base plate via a pivot pin, allowing it to automatically align with the sliding gate track. Height adjustment enables precise gate setting during installation.
The entry roller engages with the entry bracket fixed to the gate post, distributing the gate's weight across a greater number of components. This design stabilises the gate when closed and significantly extends the service life of the running trolleys – translating directly into fewer warranty claims and service call-outs.
