Starflex T27 flat flap disc with diameter 125 mm and grit 40 is a high-quality abrasive tool with corundum coating, designed for professional steel processing. Thanks to the hard R grade bond and durable fibreglass backing, it ensures excellent work control, effective material removal and uniform grinding effect across the entire surface — without the need for high pressure.

Flat design
The flat design disc offers a larger working surface intended for surface grinding. It is ideal for operations requiring lower pressure and greater control over the workpiece. The optimal working angle is 0–15°, which allows full utilisation of the disc's abrasive potential. Unlike the conical design (TLI/TLS type), the flat disc performs better when grinding large, flat surfaces.
Construction and durability
The disc backing is made from strong, rigid and lightweight fibreglass. The vibration absorption properties of this material help the operator maintain full control during work, which directly translates to the quality of ground surfaces and user comfort. The corundum coating (A40) guarantees very good abrasion and tool durability.
