Starflex flap disc T29 125 mm with grit 80 is a high-quality flap disc with zirconia coating, designed for professional machining of stainless steel (INOX) and carbon steel. The angled design (type 29) enables precise work on edges, corners and welds — wherever angle control and effective material removal matter.
Zirconia grain has self-sharpening properties, allowing the disc to maintain high performance throughout its service life. The backing of strong and lightweight fibreglass provides rigidity and effective vibration absorption, resulting in greater control and operator comfort.

Angled design (T29) — optimal for edge work
The angled disc (TLI series) has a narrower contact surface with the material, which increases grinding pressure and accelerates material removal. The optimal working angle is 10°–25°. The flat type (TLIF series) is intended for grinding flat surfaces.
