Starflex curved flap disc T29 with diameter 125 mm and grit 100 is a tool designed for professional steel surface processing. The corundum coating combined with a fibreglass backing ensures high durability, uniform grinding and safe operation – even during intensive use on construction sites or in workshops.
Grit 100 allows achieving smooth, scratch-free surface finishes, which is particularly important when processing visible steel construction elements. The fibreglass backing effectively dampens vibrations and gives the operator better control over the tool, reducing fatigue during extended work periods.

Curved construction (type T29)
The curved version disc (T29) has a narrower contact zone with the work surface, allowing grinding pressure to be concentrated and accelerating material removal. This is an ideal solution for working on edges, corners and hard-to-reach places. The optimal working angle is 10°–25°. The curved construction differs from the flat type (T27) in disc shape – it is slightly curved, which facilitates precise angled grinding.
