Starflex PRO Z60 is a professional flap disc designed specifically for grinding fillet welds. Thanks to its unique flap profile, it enables quick and precise achievement of smooth surface finishing in hard-to-reach corners — without risk of undercutting the workpiece. Zirconia grain mounted on abrasive cloth from German company VSM guarantees high durability and aggressive yet controlled material removal.
The disc is designed for work with both mild steel and stainless steel (INOX) as well as other metals. It can function as a classic flap disc — it performs well in material grinding, edge chamfering, deburring, blunting sharp edges and smoothing welds. This is a universal tool that reduces the number of abrasives needed on site.
