Starflex PRO Z40 is a professional flap disc designed specifically for fast and precise grinding of fillet welds. Thanks to its conical T27 type construction, the disc perfectly adapts to internal corners and hard-to-reach places, allowing for smooth surface finishing without undercutting the workpiece. The product is suitable for working with both mild steel and stainless steel (INOX) as well as other metals — one tool for multiple materials on construction sites or in workshops.
The abrasive layer consists of zirconia grain mounted on high-quality abrasive cloth from German company VSM, which guarantees long service life, aggressive material removal and stable performance throughout the operating period. The disc works not only for fillet welds — it can be successfully used for conventional surface grinding, edge chamfering, deburring and blunting sharp edges.
