Starflex FZ129 fibre disc with zirconia grain in P36 grit is an abrasive tool designed for intensive machining of stainless steel. The aggressive zirconia grain ensures high material removal efficiency from the first contact with the surface whilst guaranteeing long service life of the disc — which directly translates to reduced consumable wear on construction sites and in workshops.
The 125 mm diameter with 22 mm mounting hole corresponds to the most popular angle grinders, making the disc ready to work without additional adapters. The maximum operating speed is 80 m/s, ensuring safe and stable operation at high speeds.
Zirconia grain — why choose it?
Zirconia grain is distinguished by its crystalline, uniform structure which provides exceptional hardness and toughness simultaneously.
