StarFlex T29 flap disc with grit 120 is a high-quality abrasive tool designed for professional steel machining. The alumina coating ensures uniform wear across the entire working surface, whilst the angled T29 design enables precise surface grinding, edge chamfering and weld removal at an optimal working angle of 10°–25°.

Angled design (type T29)
The disc features an angled design marked with the TLS symbol (angled series). This means a narrower working surface contacts the material, which increases grinding pressure and accelerates material removal. This solution is optimal for work on edges, corners and chamfering — wherever precision and speed are essential. The optimal working angle is 10°–25°.
The flat series (TLSF) is characterised by full surface contact and is suitable for smoothing large, flat elements.
