Star Flex T29 flap disc with 125 mm diameter and grit 40 — high-quality abrasive tool with corundum coating, designed for intensive steel processing. The angled T29 construction ensures optimal contact with the material at a working angle of 10°–25°, which translates to effective edge grinding, chamfering and weld removal without excessive pressure.
The disc backing is made of strong fibreglass — a rigid yet lightweight material that effectively absorbs vibrations. This allows the operator to maintain full control over the tool during prolonged work, whilst the disc ensures uniform grinding results across the entire machined surface.
