Star Flex cutting disc 125×1.6 mm is a tool designed for precise cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel (INOX) and acid-resistant steel. Thanks to its thin profile of 1.6 mm, it ensures fast, burr-free cutting with minimal material allowance — which directly translates to lower processing costs and shorter work time on site.
Type 41 (flat) disc with corundum abrasive of 46 grain size and increased hardness T (very hard) guarantees years of repeatable cutting performance even under intensive use. Synthetic resin bond reinforced with fibre ensures excellent disc stability during high-speed operation, whilst built-in fibreglass mesh reinforcement — visible on the rear of the disc — increases resistance to cracking and user safety.
