Bent design (T29) — what is it for?
The bent design disc (designation TLI / TLS) is characterised by a narrower contact surface with the workpiece. This increases grinding pressure over a smaller area, significantly improving material removal rate. It is the ideal solution for working on edges, chamfering and deburring. The optimal working angle is 10°–25°. The flat design (TLIF / TLSF) is intended for grinding large, flat surfaces.
