Star Flex S971 ceramic fibre disc with P60 grit is a professional abrasive tool designed for intensive machining of stainless steel, titanium, castings and nickel and cobalt alloys. The ceramic grain ensures aggressive and even grinding, allowing installation teams to remove welding seams, rust and burrs more quickly — reducing work time on each job.
The disc with 125 mm diameter and 22 mm hole is compatible with standard angle grinders. The fibre backing guarantees rigidity and tear resistance at maximum working speed of 80 m/s, allowing work at full load without risk of disc damage.
Application
Star Flex S971 ceramic disc performs excellently wherever high material removal efficiency is required whilst maintaining surface control. Ideally suited for:

Why ceramic grain?
Discs with ceramic grain stand out from conventional corundum abrasives with significantly longer service life and higher material removal rate.
