Star Flex cutting disc 230 × 6.0 mm is a durable abrasive tool designed for intensive grinding of mild steel and stainless steel (INOX). Thanks to enhanced hardness and fibreglass mesh reinforcement, it ensures long service life and stable performance even under heavy load. The T27 (depressed centre) construction enables convenient surface grinding at an angle, whilst the specially selected WA24R-BF grain guarantees rapid material removal with minimal pressure — an ideal solution for teams working with low and medium power angle grinders.

Disc construction
The disc features a depressed centre profile (type 27), ensuring the working surface does not interfere with the grinder's mounting nut. The fibreglass reinforcement mesh visible from the rear strengthens the abrasive structure and prevents disc disintegration at working speeds.
