Square aluminium tube 80×80×3 mm is a sturdy closed profile with a square cross-section, made from EN AW-6060 T6/T66 aluminium (PA38, AlMgSi0.5). Thanks to its excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio, it is an ideal structural element wherever low weight, corrosion resistance, and ease of machining are required.
The profile, with a length of 2000 mm and a weight of just 5 kg (2.5 kg/m), significantly simplifies transport and installation compared with steel equivalents. PA38 aluminium requires no additional corrosion protection, which reduces operating costs and shortens project lead times.
Applications
