Square aluminium tube 80×80×2 mm is a robust closed-section profile with a square cross-section, designed for the construction of aluminium structures, frames, enclosures and balustrades. Thanks to the use of the EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38), the profile combines low self-weight with high rigidity and natural corrosion resistance — no additional anti-corrosion protection is required, even in outdoor conditions.
The raw, non-anodised surface facilitates further processing — the profile can be cut, drilled, bent, welded and mechanically joined without specialist tooling. This is a solution valued by installation and contracting companies that require a versatile structural material with consistent parameters and fast lead times.
