The square aluminium tube 40×40×4 mm is a robust closed-section profile with a square cross-section, made from EN AW-6060 T64 aluminium alloy (PA38 / AlMgSi0.5). Combining low self-weight with high rigidity, this profile is ideally suited to structures requiring lightness and corrosion resistance. The profile length is 2000 mm, which facilitates transport and allows precise cutting to size directly on site.
The profile surface is raw (non-anodised), providing complete freedom for further processing — anodising, powder coating, or leaving unfinished for interior applications. Grade 6060 aluminium lends itself excellently to cutting, drilling, bending, and mechanical joining, resulting in speed and convenience for installation teams.
