The solid square aluminium bar 70×70 mm made from duralumin 2017A T4 alloy (EN AW-2017A, AlCu4MgSi) is a structural material with very high mechanical strength, excellently suited for machining. The duralumin alloy combines the lightness of aluminium with increased hardness and rigidity, making it an ideal choice wherever precision machine components, load-bearing elements, or mechanically stressed structures are required.
The bar with a solid cross-section and raw (non-anodised) surface is ready for further processing — turning, milling, and drilling. The substantial self-weight (27.44 kg at a length of 2000 mm) reflects the solidity of the material and the full cross-sectional fill. The bar is available in a range of side dimensions, making it easy to select for a specific project.
