Square aluminium bar 50×50 mm is a solid profile made from duralumin 2017A T4 alloy (EN AW-2017A) with a length of 2000 mm. The material combines the lightness of aluminium with the high mechanical strength characteristic of 2000-series alloys, making it an ideal choice for the manufacture of heavily loaded machine parts, shafts, pins and structural components.
The AlCu4MgSi alloy (alternative designations: PA6, 3.1325) is distinguished by its excellent machinability — it responds superbly to turning, milling and drilling, enabling precise shaping of components without the need for specialist tooling. The bar surface is raw (unanodised), ready for further machining or direct use in structures.
