Solid square aluminium bar 25×25 mm EN AW-6060 – L=2000 mm
Square aluminium bar 25×25 mm is a solid-section profile made from EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (PA38 / AlMgSi0.5) with a length of 2000 mm. Thanks to its excellent machinability — turning, milling and drilling — it is suitable wherever a lightweight yet rigid, corrosion-resistant structural component is required.
This product is aimed at installation companies, metalworking shops and workshops that use square aluminium bars for the construction of machine components, supporting structures, shafts, pins and square-section parts. The raw (non-anodised) surface allows further processing — anodising, powder coating or leaving in the as-delivered condition.

Properties of EN AW-6060 alloy
The AlMgSi0.5 alloy belongs to the group of precipitation-hardened aluminium alloys. It is characterised by low specific weight, good resistance to atmospheric corrosion and very good machinability — ideal for turning, milling and drilling. The T64 temper guarantees appropriate hardness and mechanical strength whilst retaining sufficient ductility for further processing.
