Solid round aluminium bar Ø115 mm in alloy 2017A T4 (duralumin) is a material offering high mechanical strength and excellent machinability. Thanks to these properties, it is an ideal semi-finished product for turning, milling and CNC machining — suitable wherever precise machining and reliable strength of the finished part are required.
Alloy EN AW-2017A (alternative designations: AlCu4MgSi, PA6, 3.1325) belongs to the duralumin group — aluminium-copper alloys distinguished by excellent mechanical properties comparable to structural steels, whilst retaining low weight. The bar in heat treatment condition T4 (solution heat treatment and natural ageing) provides an optimal balance of hardness and ductility.

The bar is intended for the manufacture of machine components and equipment parts in mechanical workshops, production facilities and CNC machining operations. Typical applications include:
