Sharp elbow fitting 90° glued ⌀42.4 mm – stainless steel AISI 304 satin

Sharp elbow 90° glued is a precision balustrade connector designed for ⌀42.4 mm tube systems. It enables aesthetic connection of two tube sections at a right angle, maintaining a consistent appearance of the stainless steel balustrade structure. Installation is carried out by gluing using anaerobic adhesive for stainless steel, which ensures a permanent and invisible connection without welding — an ideal solution for installation teams who value speed and clean execution.

The elbow is made from AISI 304 steel with a satin finish, which perfectly complements other components of balustrade systems made from matt stainless steel. The smooth, satin surface is resistant to fingerprints and easy to keep clean, which is crucial in commercial buildings and public facilities.

Application and installation

The elbow is designed for connecting tube sections in stainless steel balustrade systems wherever a change of handrail direction by 90° is required — for example at corners of balconies, staircases or terraces. Arms with a length of 35 mm on each side provide sufficient bonding surface for a permanent connection. The element is glued inside the tube with diameter ⌀42.4×2 mm, which guarantees a smooth, seamless transition and a professional end result.
