Round aluminium tube Ø80×5 mm is a durable closed profile with a circular cross-section, ideal for constructing aluminium structures, balustrades, frames, and load-bearing supports. Thanks to the use of the EN AW-6063 T6 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38), the tube combines low self-weight with high rigidity and natural corrosion resistance — with no need for additional surface protection. The raw finish allows for further processing: anodising, powder coating, or direct installation within a structure.
The profile is easy to cut, drill, bend, and join using standard workshop tools, resulting in a shorter lead time and lower labour costs on site. The 2000 mm length facilitates transport and storage, and at a weight of just 6.36 kg per length, the tube is convenient for a single person to carry.
