Round aluminium tube Ø12×1 mm is a lightweight and durable closed profile with a circular cross-section, made from EN AW-6060 T6 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). With a low weight of just 0.18 kg per 2-metre length and excellent corrosion resistance, this tube is ideal wherever a rigid yet easy-to-machine aluminium structure is required.
The profile is easy to cut, drill, bend and join, which significantly speeds up assembly work. The raw (non-anodised) surface allows for further processing – anodising, powder coating or leaving in its natural state. The tube is available in a range of diameters and wall thicknesses, making it easy to select the optimum profile for any project.
