Round aluminium bar Ø160 mm in 2017A T4 alloy (duralumin) is a solid-section semi-finished product intended for advanced machining. The EN AW-2017A (AlCu4MgSi) alloy combines high mechanical strength with excellent machinability, making it an optimal choice for CNC workshops and manufacturing facilities producing machine components, shafts, pins, and bushings.

The bar is supplied in a 2000 mm length with a raw (non-anodised) surface, ready for further processing — turning, milling, drilling, and threading. Duralumin 2017A T4 is highly regarded in the engineering and structural industries for its favourable strength-to-weight ratio and dimensional stability after heat treatment.

The EN AW-2017A alloy in T4 condition (solution heat-treated and naturally aged) provides an optimal combination of hardness, tensile strength, and ductility.
