Round aluminium tube Ø80×1.5 mm is a closed profile with a circular cross-section, made from aluminium alloy EN AW-6063 T6 (PA38 / AlMgSi0.5). Thanks to its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and natural corrosion resistance, this tube is well suited as a structural element for balustrades, frameworks, frames, and aluminium structures. The profile is easy to machine — it can be cut, drilled, bent, and joined, helping to reduce on-site production time.
The raw (non-anodised) surface allows for further finishing — anodising, powder coating, or leaving in its natural state. The tube is available in a range covering numerous diameter and wall thickness variants, making it straightforward to select the right profile for any given project.
