S500 Adjustable Roof Hook for Pitched Roofs
Adjustable S Roof Hook for pitched roofs, stainless steel 1.4016 with dimensions 500x30x4mm with M10 hole for profile rail for photovoltaic systems.
The S Hook is designed for mounting photovoltaic panels on roofs covered with ceramic or concrete tiles with a maximum thickness of 60 mm. The bracket enables the installation of mounting rails with dimensions of 40×40 mm to battens with a maximum thickness of 50 mm. It is made of stainless steel, guaranteeing protection against adverse weather conditions. In the upper part of the element there is an M7 hole for an M6 screw, which allows the bracket to be screwed to the batten and increases the rigidity of the structure. The elongated hole in the rod allows for adjustment of the mounting rail positioning.
- The adjustment feature in the hook is used to compensate for irregularities in the roof truss to which the hooks are mounted. In the case of buildings with poorly executed roof trusses, this is the only way to precisely prepare a stable support for horizontal structural rails for mounting solar panels.
- The installation method is analogous to the hook without adjustment. The exact dimensions of the hook are shown in the graphics above.
- H17 steel from which the hooks are made is characterised by high resistance to adverse environmental conditions (stainless steel).
