Rectangular aluminium tube 50×100×3 mm is a robust closed rectangular section profile made from aluminium alloy EN AW-6060 T64 (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). Thanks to its excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio, this profile is ideal wherever structural load-bearing capacity is required alongside reduced weight — from mounting frames and support structures to balustrades and handrails, through to supporting structures for photovoltaic installations.
The 6060 series aluminium offers high corrosion resistance without the need for additional surface treatment, resulting in a long service life for components used outdoors. The profile is easy to work with — it is suitable for cutting, drilling, bending, and joining using standard workshop tools, which helps to reduce on-site installation time.
