Rectangular aluminium tube 50×100×2 mm is a robust closed-section rectangular profile made from aluminium alloy EN AW-6060 T64 (PA38, AlMgSi0.5). Combining lightness with high rigidity, it is suitable wherever structural durability is required alongside reduced weight — from frames and sub-frames to balustrades, furniture, and aluminium structures.
The profile, with a length of 2000 mm, is supplied in a raw (non-anodised) state, allowing any surface treatment — anodising, powder coating, or painting — to be applied in line with the requirements of a specific project. Aluminium series 6060 is characterised by excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding weldability, and ease of mechanical processing: cutting, drilling, milling, and bending.
