Rectangular aluminium tube 40×50×4 mm is a robust closed profile made from EN AW-6060 T64 aluminium alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). Thanks to its excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio and natural corrosion resistance, it is an ideal structural material for installation and construction companies — suitable wherever durability, dimensional precision and ease of machining are essential.
The 2000 mm length profile is suitable for the construction of frames, racking, balustrades, handrails, aluminium structures and load-bearing elements. The raw (non-anodised) surface allows any finishing treatment — anodising, powder coating or painting — depending on project requirements.

Properties and applications
EN AW-6060 alloy in T64 temper combines good mechanical strength with excellent machinability. The profile can be freely cut, drilled, milled, bent and joined — both mechanically (bolts, rivets) and by welding. The low self-weight (1.77 kg/m) greatly facilitates transport and installation whilst reducing the load on supporting structures.
