Rectangular aluminium tube 40×120×4 mm is a sturdy closed profile with a length of 2000 mm, made from EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). Thanks to its large rectangular cross-section and 4 mm wall thickness, the profile combines high rigidity with low weight — an ideal combination for load-bearing structures, frames, and balustrades. The raw, non-anodised aluminium surface provides excellent adhesion for further processing — anodising, powder coating, or painting.
The profile is easy to machine — suitable for cutting, drilling, bending, and joining with standard workshop tools. The rectangular closed cross-section provides resistance to torsion and bending, making it a versatile structural component for both construction and furniture, decorative, or modelling projects.
