Rectangular aluminium tube 40×120×2 mm is a robust closed profile made from alloy EN AW-6060 T64 (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). Thanks to its rectangular cross-section with a 1:3 aspect ratio, the profile combines high rigidity with a low self-weight of just 3.38 kg at a length of 2000 mm. The mill finish, unanodised aluminium surface provides natural corrosion resistance and is ready for further processing — anodising, powder coating, or leaving in its natural state.
The profile is easy to machine — it can be cut, drilled for fixing holes, bent, or joined to other structural elements without difficulty. It is a versatile material suitable for both structural and finishing applications.
