Rectangular aluminium tube 30×80×3 mm is a sturdy closed profile with a rectangular cross-section, made from aluminium alloy EN AW-6060 T64 (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). Thanks to its excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio, it is ideal wherever lightweight construction is required without compromising load-bearing capacity. The profile is easy to work with — cutting, drilling, bending, and joining — resulting in faster assembly and lower labour costs on site.
The raw (non-anodised) surface allows for any finishing treatment — anodising, powder coating, or leaving in its natural state. The 6060 series aluminium provides natural corrosion resistance, eliminating the need for additional anti-corrosion protection in many applications.

The 30×80 mm rectangular profile provides differing stiffness about two axes — the larger 80 mm dimension yields a significantly greater second moment of area in the vertical direction, which is important for elements subject to bending.
