Galvanised OGZ quick link Ø 5 mm is a durable fastening element designed for connecting steel wire ropes, chains and other rigging accessories. Made of C15 steel with a galvanised coating, it provides effective corrosion protection in typical operating conditions. A distinctive feature of the design is the threaded closure — the nut screwed onto the thread allows the link to be opened and closed repeatedly without specialist tools. As a result, the element can be easily added to or removed from a rope or chain assembly directly at the workstation. A breaking load of 500 kg provides an adequate strength margin in assembly and transport applications.
